Martian Rock Boards
Release Date 1-24-10
The Martian Rock Boards feature a cluster of weathered sedimentary rocks set to one side of the board. The rocks are large enough to provide cover for most 28mm man sized models and their random spacing provides interesting movement restrictions.
This board is shown in the arch and butte video linked above.
You can find the Martian Rock Boards listed on the Playing Surfaces page.
Martian River End cap Board
Release Date 1-24-10
The Martian River End cap Board is designed to allow the river to be terminated anywhere on the board. The river is modeled to 'flow underground' and by placing two end caps back to back, a large and convincing land bridge over the river can be created.
You can find the Martian Rock Boards listed on the Playing Surfaces page.

Difficult Ground

You can see a video describing it and a few other terrain items on YouTube.
You can find the Difficult ground listed on the Barricades and Obstacles page.
