Terrain commissions will not be undertaken if I do not believe I can produce a professional looking piece in that genre. However, If I am not immediately familiar with the game, genre or history I always take time to familiarize myself before beginning work or quoting a price. Customer input on style, design, and materials is carefully discussed before commencing work to ensure that customers are a satisfied as possible.

TerranScapes has recently (11/07) added video as a communication tool in custom work development. YouTube video is now available when visual discussion of the development of a piece would be helpful, or for customers desire a work in progress update. You can view previous TerranScapes videos at YouTube by searching for TerranScapes. This is a very new form of communication and will be evolving over the next several months.

Any designs that result from custom commissions remain the copyright of myself unless stipulated. Please note that I am not able to produce models which utilize other copyrighted materials without direct permission from the owner of said copyright (with the exception of Hirst Arts molded blocks)- obtaining such permission is always the responsibility of the customer.
