TerranScapes holds exclusive copyrights to all original photographs and original terrain designs displayed on this site. This includes TerranScapes original designs using Hirst Arts blocks.

TerranScapes is a licensed Hirst Arts retailer. Hirst Arts Castlemolds holds the copyrights for all the blocks used in various terrain items and the plans for building kits that are derived from the Castlemolds site.

While Games Workshop models are shown on the site, they are included for scale or display purposes only and are not intended to represent affiliations with, or infringement of the copyrights held by Games Workshop.
